Kiwanis of Portage presented Howard Latton, Kiwanis Member since 1941, with a Kiwanis Distinguishing Member Award to recognize his dedication to Kiwanis service. The Award was presented by Kiwanis Lt. Governor Jim Burmeister. Howard Latton joined the Portage Kiwanis Club in May of 1941. He received his 70 year Legion of Honor Award in 2011.
